Will make a note of the local trails as I reckon we’ll head back later in the year. Cwmcarn was a lot of fun and seeing some local nutcase riding the big jump line was great
I’m yet to get back to BPW since it’s reopened (I’m only 30min away) but I should imagine the trails are mint as the trail builders were there for about 2 months before it reopened building a new trail And doing loads of maintenance on the existing ones.
Cwmcarn is certainly worth a stop if you’re going there.
But the locally built trails around that valley, near Risca/Machen are in my mind incredible.
