Absolutely masterpiece but bikes like this are so hard to value could be worth 3-4000 but could be £10000 and as @D_Mars said anything by Chris Chance is extremely sought after the yo eddys as pictured above regularly go for £1700-2500 depending on condition and they were produced in reasonable volume and were very popular in the early 90's. This example is a very rare one off commission in the most perfect condition so it's certainly going to be expensive
