There was an entertaining time when someone senior had clearly been given tuition in how to connect better with their team, or read it in a cruddy airport business manual. Out the blue, on Monday mornings they suddenly started ask underlings how their weekend was. Paid zero attention to the answer, so people started fucking around with the sincerity of their responses....

I was just looking for a useful ref. to send round for the employee handbook which references different riders within the context of the company Values. Loads of white men, but not Pantani directly which was surprising. He’s only named in a list of icons - and there is a quote from Lance.
