Manchester 2018, the Cote was redone lighter soon after.
Strangely the guys that paint our advertising use masks. And make a right mess everyone they do it!
When I saw the folks working in mcr it looked like they masking taped the borders of the background but the detail was being stencilled through using huge templates.

That Lee Valley? Cote is such a dark blue compared to ours.
Think it was the guy that Jakey Peters work/ed for, Walter that said something along the lines of using masking tape shoes you up as an amateur.
