I really can't work this place out

It seems to be a house but missing access to two rooms on the ground floor and the garden.

I assume so but couldn't work out where the entrance to it is. @duncs is probably right in that they're not showing a bit of communal hallway.

Just weird that you'd carve out a 250sqft studio from a house and have them with sole access to the garden that looks into your bedroom windows.
