Feels unkind and unfriendly... this isn't eBay or Gumtree, the classifieds are supposed to be about trade within a community where you're trying to ensure your thing is owned by someone who would appreciate it, and yet the prices are fair etc.
If they've made a genuine cut and paste error... yeah, feels like correcting that by covering the return postage is the right thing to do.
Not sure they're obliged to help you buy a Chris King headset... but definitely if they've sold something (even based on a description error) then it's on them to put it right which most reasonably is going to be to cover the return postage and refund, or to do a partial refund if you can come to an agreement about a fair discount.
NB: If the frame is worth anything, it seems reckless of them to do the lower postage cost... the refund should be full, but if they're risking bumps / loss in transit, then they will still need to refund fully... so cheap postage seems naive and reckless from a selfish point of view, surely they want to protect their property so that they may actually sell it faithfully with the right description?
