Speaking of steamroller disc forks - a carbon Hylix fork just arrived in the post from ebay/china. Took a while but the quality is really quite nice!

Not quite, the one I got has internal cable routing.
It also has mudguard / rack mounts which i wasn't expecting (though not a bad thing). And the profile of it is actually more similar to the one you posted. The image of the one i linked isnt great and makes it look weirdly skinny, it's quite chunky.

My 62cm Steamroller is now up for sale in the classifieds, in case there are any aspiring steamroller owners watching.
And also, I'm making the most of my right to post in this thread before I'm no longer an owner myself!

Still for sale?

Hey guys! I am thinking about a Steamroller for long now but i am not sure about the size. I am 193cm tall. Do you think that the 59cm Frame would fit me?

Spa? They seem to always have them at a reasonable price. Well, maybe not reasonable but less than elsewhere.

it's that time of year – sorry if this has been done to death but I need to run full mudguards on my 700x32 steamroller, have people who haven't had braze-ons installed generally had success with the sks chromoplastics and p-clamps? or are there any other options I should be considering? thanks

I use Bluemels and p-clamps. It works fine, p-clamps is not any problem. Problem Solvers Sheldon nuts is very good if you are using brakes. The p-clamps i use is called aluminium racing p-clamps. The front fender takes away a lot of clearance and I can only run 30 mm tyres on the front with the fender.

cheers, very helpful. Yeah I've just tried to fit a set onto 32s and it just can't be done can it. Also yeah, have seen about those sheldon nuts before, they look great – what length did you use for the front? Thanks

(also just so envious of that lilac frame)

I could not get a 32 mm on the front, but perhaps it is possibel to find some tyre that is wide, but not tall. 30 mm is still ok so I did not bother. The Sheldon Nuts are 13 mm front and 10 mm rear.
I think that these are the p-clamps I used: https://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/aluminium-p-clip/clamp-for-hose-with-1-or-25mm-od-c-15-p-2468

Looking for a 53cm steamroller if anyone is selling, cheers
Yeah, it was another Steamroller fork that I did a braced tab on. Just fancied seeing how it works with no brace really.
