Aye, I imagine lots of folks are in the same situation... one of our neighbours cared a guest toilet out of their bathroom but that would give use more bathrooms than bedrooms which is a bit daft. We hate washing machines in kitchens and moved ours to a utility room under our stairs in the middle room.

In the same situation and we have considered moving the washing machine and tumble dryer out of the kitchen and upstairs into a utility cupboard area. However that would also mean moving the boiler which is a bit of a pain. Would be good to get them out of the kitchen though.
