Do you know if this Cinelli quill stem is the 26.4mm or 26.0mm version?

I think the 26.0mm versions had "26" stamped near the part which says "130", whilst older 26.4mm models lack any such indication.

Hi, I'm not sure, there is no other numbers stamped on it other than 130.

I've also got a pair of shwalbe Duranos 700x25c on their last legs but maybe someone could still find some use for them. Will give away for free if you're buying anything from me, if not £beer
