Movies I expected to hate but didn't
Her: borderline hipster romance movie (not my genre) about a guy who can't let go of his ex, and signs up for a trial with a true AI os. Rich people. Computer bs. And yet good acting and some interesting ideas.
The colour out of Space: I love the original story and Nick Cave...cha. But engaging enough and not a bad watch.
Dumb and Dumberer: Slacker movies are not my genre and Jim Carrey, meh. However it's better written than I thought, takes the piss out of several movie tropes and the dead bird joke is genius.
