The PM/chainset was purchased in 2015 and has never missed a beat since purchase. It’s always been on the best bike, so has seen minimal wet weather and has been kept clean and serviced.

The chainset is in good condition and all threads are perfect. There are marks on the back of the DS crank arm where it rubbed on the FD without me realising (see pic). Recently I had an issue where the NDS crank arm bolt started to come loose. Apparently, this is a known issue and was easily solved by adding a drop of Loctite and it's been fine since.

The rings are a couple of years old and have loads of life left.

That’s a very good question. I’m not too sure if the cranks came with a spider, but will have a rummage.

At the moment though it’s crank arms only.
