Specialized S-Works Road shoes. A few generation old but were still £250 BITD. Size 45, though come up a bit small IME. Quite well used and showing it, but still functioning. Old-style Speedplay cleats installed. No cleats £30 posted

Shimano hydraulic disc calipers - think they're RS785 from memory. One has a leaky o-ring somewhere which is a bit of a known issue, the other was fine when I took it off. One has pads, the other does not. I think the one without pads is the leaky one, but can't be sure. £5 + postage

Freecycle bits - buy anything above and you can have some of this stuff for free (so long as it doesn't mess with the postage too much). Alternatively, pay postage.
