Welllll, not perfectly, but I’m more than happy for a first attempt rattle can job. Cheers.
There’s the odd pinhole in the finish where the grain filler didn’t reach all the pores in the ash, but it’s not noticeable. Getting swamp ash perfectly level is much trickier than I have the patience for - I’ll be using alder next time.
