Spain off the safe travel list .
14 day stay at home when you return but who is going to take notice of that.

And Grant Shapps - the transport secretary - has just gone on hoilday there.
Absolutely bound to get caught out and about within two weeks of returning.

I was surprised to read that there are currently 600k people from the UK on holiday in Spain. There is no way they would be able to check on all the people returning even if the wanted to.
