I think @Tenderloin had done a really tidy job with it all.
I assume they're repurposing it because even if you don't like metro tiles they're surely not so offensive you'd just rip them all out.
I'm quite glad we got hold of such a tired old place so there's been nothing we felt too bad getting rid of or ripping apart.
