Cone spanners. Idiot question; will a pair help me tighten the two bolts on Weinmann cailpers (lock nut bits on the front) as normal spanners are too wide?

Looks like I might have missed the pin spanner, but if there's another one I would take it. I have to move the asymmetric BB on a tandem and I think it needs a pin spanner.
