Yeah this is pretty much what I was told too.
Ive ordered shoes, helmet and wheels. Helmet and shoes both got confirmation email from triuk along with paypal payment email.
Wheels no confirmation from tri uk but have paypal email detailing the transaction...
When I log into triuk website and look at my recent orders it only shows the helmet and no trace of wheels or shoes.

I realise now I only have a PayPal email... Not a thing from Triuk.
Spoke to a couple of the staff when I was in there; they're advertising floor stock online and having to check online orders at till point to see if they can sell it.
They're literally overwhelmed with the orders at the moment.
