I haven't "trained" for a while, as in doing specific workouts aimed to improve certain areas. At the moment I just ride for pleasure, sometimes I feel like going hard, but not very often. It's just lack of motivation at the moment - I don't know what I'm training for and prefer to spend time with my family.
I used to train because I like racing and when racing I want to win.

I am in this space too, but if I ride hard or long I am wiped out to do any childcare after .. how do you manage it? am I just weak? same goes for @Chalfie @youramericanlover
