  • @chris0 brilliant that's exactly what I'm looking for.

  • I usually use Google Lens to identify plants. It can be a bit hit and miss but the best I've found and with a bit of work leads to the right information. Then you can work out what it needs etc.

  • Cannot upload interesting plant photo sobs

  • Coming on a treat.

  • Unbelievable! It was still totally fine on Saturday night. Gonna pop it in the garden for it to fend for itself!

  • It is a curly spider plant that I got about a mo nth ago, it was in a pretty bad state so the company has refunded me the money and asked me to try and nurse it back to health. The leaves kept falling out in the next couple of weeks so I decided to cut them all off and start afresh. As it turned out for it was a bit rotten from the inside the stem, so I cleaned everything up and it started off regrowing so well...

Guess it’s not meant to be... 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • Moving out of London. Have 50 houseplants, need to cull some - anyone want a 1.1m tall cactus @ £70?

  • The pink one is a polka dot plant. Got it from House of Kojo. You got yours from pointless plants, right?

  • I love the one with the white dots on the leaves!

  • Yeah the stingray is from Pointless. The polka dot begonia is from L'appartement who are usually based in Peckham but they don't have a shop at the moment sadly. Going to add that pink one to my list!

  • I was eyeing up the polka dot begonia too, but I believe it's very toxic for cats...

Give me a shout when you want to order, I can send you a referal code, we'd each get £10 off.

  • Oh great site! Didn’t know this one, going to order a few plants myself.

  • They deliver very quickly, I received my order in less than 24 hours. Currently testing their customer service as a couple of these plants have some sorry leaves...

If you want a referal code to save a tenner, give me a shout.

  • They also do Kojo friday where they would put 1 plant up for a big discount every friday. The last couple of weeks have been aroudn the 50% off mark. Shame I missed the prayer plant today as I only just ordered, but I have one too many of those already...

God, theya re worse than drugs ans probably not cheaper.

  • Sweet, I’ll send over a PM now.

  • This guy is getting a bit top heavy and the stem can’t hold the weight. I’m thinking about chopping the top half off and hope for the best.
Now I’d like to try to stick the top im water and see if it will make roots.
Is it OK to have a stab at it now or best to wait until spring?
    How should I do it?...

  • Is it a croton? I've just done that with mine. Put it in water on a sunny windowsill and it made roots within a few weeks.
