That's what the activity says is a map. Looks a bit rude, wholly unintentional.
In running news, some of my club are doing a 5k time trial tonight. I am doing a four cans of beer time trial on my own at home.
I've done my 18.13 5k for the year, now I can relax until next year sometime when I fluke a fast one
