I knew this was going to happen :P I have the dura ace group that came with the bike, the thing is that i had to take it apart for full cleaning and im a campy guy... needed to keep consistency with what I have at home. Since the frame was naked just put what felt right, at least all is silver :P

Mind if i post it to the @gazellechampionmondial insta?

Sure not a problem :)
Forgot this, my understanding is that this one was one of the spares of Jeroen Blijlevens. Size match the rider and the fork has something written with a sharpie I cant figure it out yet. The other thing is that being a spare those do not see too much action as the regular rides and that could explain why is in such a good condition.

That looks great, really like the Potenza mix of silver & black. Let's see it with DA-7410 ;-)

Hey thanks, doubt is going to happen :P Well you have the original picture tho... the reason is because i have no reason to have that bike with an odd group between the stuff i have, besides probably will trade the group for a cyfac proxydium frame :D. Maybe easier to flip than the group at this point, but aluminum is not a thing either lately.
If i had to put shimano dura ace in that gazelle I would try to put the anniversary edition, i know who has 3 boxes of those, the question is the cost. So doubt shimano will be in that frame ever again.

Nice. What's the frame number? It must be a little bit newer than mine, as it has the gazelle on the seat post binder, but it also has "1988" features like the bolt-on shifter boss* and cable stops around the bottom bracket.
See '1988' and '1989' differences in the chart here
https://www.gazellechampionmondial.nl/specs.php/?type=AA-super&year=1989*Di2 wire hole. Just saying.

Gazelle frame numbers are quite misleading. Frame number starts 328xxxx.
I've had other AA-Super Monostay in the past (wrong sizes). They've all had the exact same aero routing mounts, just differed in rear spacing, seat binder & paint schemes. I do prefer the industrial paint schemes over the traditional.
I will start a project build for this one ;-)

Its basically a cheap randonneur trophy from the look of it.
On the note of touring style bikes. Anyone know what sort of tyres you can fit in an A frame?

Any cross frames going?
I missed out on one on here ages ago, a nice green and yellow one. Something like that would be nice -

Hey Gazelle-ers
Came across this thread looking for some info on a Gazelle Champion Mondial Cross frame I picked up at the start of lockdown.
It's 753 and seller reckoned it dates from 1984. A tad impractical without any bottle cage bosses and max 32c rear, but I love it.
Would like to add a period-correct flite at some point...and any suggestions for a better looking chainset?
Apologies for the mud splatters, it's in regular use :)
Rob
