Yeah to be fair that does seem to be the case looking at trust pilot. Loads of folk moaning about delivery times. But a fair few saying they paid then weeks later told item wasn't actually in stock.
I'm starting to suspect that I'll soon get an email saying similar. Wont be the end of the world I suppose.The one and only time I've been in the Glasgow store the staff were quite pleasant and helpful. I'm about to head there right now.

Recent online reviews are from people who place an order ignoring the 14-17 day dispatch notification and then chase their orders. CS is probably inundated. Thanks to @Saffronspokes for the heads up. TRI UK have always been a good store. Fingers crossed everyone gets what they ordered.
