Selling my beautiful 58T Fairlight Strael frame and fork now at £899

Really love it but need to make space for a mountain bike.

Frame is in great condition, steerer is cut to 50mm.

No Blemishes or scratches.

Whats do you mean? Prices are just what I think is reasonable.

I think his point is the shifters/brakeset alone don't make up £500 more value over just the frameset, not that either price in a vacuum is particularly objectionable.

Is it 899 or 999?

Don't these sell for £899 new direct from Fairlight? Edit - that was the former model.

What brakes and shifters is it ?

Ultegra shifters and brakes and I'll included the Ultegra derailleurs, front would need a mount. Rear derailleur is the Ultegra clutched version.

You won't get one from Fairlight till November and price is £1199 plus +50 for hope headset.

Is it r8000 shifters. Also is it post mount or flat?

Yeah r8020 shifters/levers and flat mount calipers.

They have a home for now 😉

Wasn’t aware of Fairlight until I saw this, I was about to drop on a Chinese open mould gravel frame. But I think I might get a Fairlight steel frame now. More charm and craftsmanship than a plastic blob.

Definelty, look at all the Steel frames around that are 20 years old, they last and still as good as the day the were made. They do ride beautifully aswell.
