    This morning I rode out to Box Hill to try better my PB, managed 430w average for 6mins.
    Pretty happy that I’ve nearly doubled the duration I can hold that intensity for. Training has been outside more lately and a week on from last weeks Everesting, feels good.
    I’ve gone up a little in weight maybe 76.5kg but I’m leaner than I was. Think next step is to try work on my position on the bike on shallower climbs.
