My last 60m was very wobbly, black spots in the eyes, couldnt get my knees high enough, hands going white. Honestly it was horrible. But now I feel great, heavy legs etc, but its the first time since lock down where I have felt that genuine dopamine reward. Its like a little buzz improving my mood.
