Mines 2015 so I'll be stumping up for whatever the investigation costs too..

The f21 - they don't have the diff mount cracking problems do they? I know re-welding and strengthening of the diff mounting area was a thing.
Otherwise vibration at speed can easily be tyres or wheels related but also propshaft/tailshaft/driveshaft and associated parts related.

No that was E46 models the floor cracked around the rear subrame mounts.
