I think you've overhauled the living space, that's quite clear.
It should be an easy sale if you can indicate where someone else might be able to add their own "flourish". That's apparently what the people want.Or you go crazy, rent it out on airbnb, smash the granny out of rentals, get a second property in Morzine somehow.

We've done so much work to the flat that I feel that an agent's assessment would be useful for a valuation, but I may just be kidding myself that we've put much value into the place.
