Gears have started slipping in the mid-range and I think both my break and gear cables are a bit worn out.
Following M_V's suggestion, you may like to have a look at Step 1 on page 33 of the Shimano service manual, which covers cable adjustment on the Affine 11-speed set up:

Thank you for advice a month or so ago to grease the bolt that holds suspension block, it did the trick with the intermittent squeaking.
I’m going to order a Joseph Kuosac block from SJS which I think will be a nice little upgrade, are there any other economical little upgrades that won’t break the bank I should order at the same time?
Which London bike shops are recommended for working on Kinetics/alfine bromptons? I need to get on top of maintaining the bike now that I am putting down a good amount of miles a week but may treat it to a proper service first.
