• My Veloflex Corsa EVO TLR's are working great now. One of them just needed a tiny bit more sealant then riding as everyone said.

That's actually why I came to this thread just now, to say I did a century on them today and I think they're super. They definitely have all of the wonderful suppleness of a 350tpi Italian tyre over shitty road surfaces, they seem fast and the tread feels very grippy and gummy.

I ran them at 80psi today (I've got 25mms), which is arguably too much for a 62kg weakling like me, but I never felt they were too hard.

I've not really pushed them that hard in corners generally so far, and I've only done about 250 miles on them so I can't say anything about puncture protection or durability yet, but all seems very promising.

  • Recommended PSI starting point for 25c tyres is your weight in kg + 5. I will do the math for you; 67 PSI is more than enough.

For 28c recommended PSI should be your weight in kilos.

  • I know but they are so comfortable there's literally no down side to 80psi and I get lower rolling resistance, right?

I ran 60psi in my gp4000s non-tubeless 25c's I was running before. Above that they were too harsh and I never had any pinch flats or other issues.
