i run hot and I'm not really sleeping out in anything below spring/autumn overnight temps so probably not much use. I've never felt like cold was coming up through it and with a good down sleeping bag have always been comfortable...

Ok, ta. I'd only really be using it in the summer but have trouble sleeping if I'm cold.

I run cold , slept on it in an old bag which used to be rated down to 4 but is probably off that by a few degrees. Felt fine overnight at 6 degrees. Didn't feel like cold was coming up from it.

I don't think 'cold from below' is really an issue at >0 temps. Certainly not in my experience, the quality of the bag makes all the difference. I've had this and the alpkit nemo, slept out throughout spring/autumn (down around 0 but never below to my knowledge) and never felt like that was an issue...
