Other than the forks what makes you think it's a Roberts? Lug work?

Forks are a start but obviously could be a frame by someone else, it’s not a Rossin... It just looks like others Roberts I’ve seen, seatstay, cable stops on the chain stay, worth asking the seller for the frame number...
