Fuck compromise.
Being able to have ice cream in under an hour from starting the bases is fantastic.
(Though in reality you still end up making it in advance and chilling) -
We've got this one. Its big, heavy and expensive but makes excellent ice cream very quickly and its easy to clean.
We chose it ahead of the Sage because its not unnecessarily complex in design...just a compressor/chiller and a churner.
