Can't help there, wheel builder suggested 25mm internal for 47c-50c tyres. Won't have them for a few weeks but can measure up when they arrive.

Cheers. I'll keep asking around but may just pull the trigger on a set at some point, but if you could post when you get them that'd be handy if I haven't already committed.

Fitted the Teravail Rutland (the knobbliest ones) and the 650bx47c are measuring 46mm wide on 25mm internal rims.
