I think it's perhaps the use of non disclosure agreements absolving UK Sport of blame if it gets banned and athlete gets banned which is the new information?
These keytone things are available, and haven't been banned. But does make you wonder what else has been tried, or whether it was something like this in the infamous jiffy bag of goodies for Wiggins
