Which bit of SE London?

I'm in Herne Hill and can easily let you try out the Bagman QR clamp and bag.

I've tried the Bagman - I don't have enough clearance for it! It's this I'd like to try:

But as I don't have a saddle with bag loops I also need the saddlebag clamp thing too.

A big ask, but before I go ordering stuff and then having to send it back...
