His last post in here from 6 years ago feels very poignant now.
I forgot to say thank you for the ride John. And sorry you guys for not giving a proper goodbye, I was just flustered from stupidly smashing my wheel. All is well though, bike is packed up now and I am leaving in a few hours.
It has been an absolute pleasure and I will miss you all dearly. All the best.

RIP Ennio. One of the all-time musical greats.

One of my absolute heroes, the first thing I ever recorded as a teenager was a massively Ennio-inspired thing... So much great music, here's one of my faves... Vale, maestro!

My dad is a massive fan, almost on geek like levels. I remember him having a massive stack of vinyl and playing this dice game on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
Pick a random Ennio record, throw dice and set record on the groove from the centre. They were 50 cents a bet, I never came out a winner. Might have to have a go with him on a video call to see if he’s still up to scratch. It’s been a while since we last played that game.

this often gets misattributed to JC. Such a powerful, dread filled handful of chords.

He played in the same team as Ramadhin and Valentine, so a good excuse to play this again

Couldn't find a mention of Milton Glaser here.
Just listening to an older interview with him, sounded like a fascinating guy. -

Whilst on a journey through wikipedia saw that Ronan O'Rahilly the founder of Radio Caroline passed away in April.

Ennio. I loved that Metallica used GBU theme as their intro.
Carl Cox's dad...
