I think Wandrd PRVKE is the only one I’ve heard of - roll top but with a removable camera compartment that allows side access.
Personally I don’t like rolltop bags so not used it and can’t comment on whether it’s any good. If I need access on the bike, I’ll use a Lowepro sling bag, if not I’ll just use a camera backpack or put my camera in a small camera bag inside an Osprey daypack
