I've had 20/24 XR31's and 20/28 XR22's. For a fast lightweight road wheelset I'd probably go for 22's again but for an all rounder wheelset the 31's were incredible (I did plenty of touring on them). Either will be great if built right.
thanks jono. Alternatively anyone know if the XR26T is stiff enough for a 20/24 build? I already have some 20/24 hubs from an old build. (78kg rider)
