booking slots
I'm a bit pissed off with the bookers of West Reservoir. All the slots book up days in advance and yet of you look on an evening like tonight there are lots of cancellations and so slots. What are people afraid of, getting rained on? If you book a slot bloody we'll use it! I suppose at least they cancel so someone else can grab it in the day.

Outdoor pools to open from the 11th.
Indoor pools and gyms from the 25th.
Both will probably require some booking (like many of the open water places are already doing).

Can't wait, even if it means booking slots at odd/early times. More than enough time to get the fitness up for Swim Serpentine (2 miles) in Sep and Marathon Swims (10k) in Nov.
