I've never heard of Wet n Fix but I think they might solve my problem with spinning wall anchors for the wall mounted bike hanger. amazing, the forum saves again

Probably better going for a 'gripit' or similar style fixing if planning to put a reasonable amount of weight on it.

Oh it's not plasterboard, just a weird old wall. The beefy wall anchors I'm using tighten up so far and (i think) start spinning in the wall. It's pretty secure but if I could increase the friction around them I'd be happier.
