Analog film photography and cameras

I know what you mean actually! I used to have a half frame Olympus trip something or other. I was gutted when that stopped working.
I still have 2 more rolls of XP2 that expired in 97 but thinking I'll put some massively expired slide film through the SP500 next.

I reckon when it comes to the XP2 ... give it lots of light.

A few from the Zennit, unfortunately the shutter has started sticking and a few of the photos are clearly not having the shutter close properly (see first image)

It might of already been discussed and I’ve shot a lot less film in the last year than normal but it seems that even pre-pandemic 35mm film seems a lot less readily available and prices for the most basic film has shot up.
Where are people getting there film at the moment and anyone know the reason for lack of availability aside the obvious? Cheers !

Kodak did a big increase before Covid kicked off which has filtered down to most stockists now.
Kodak (again) were struggling to get stock out there pre-Covid, so it’s only to be expected it’s gotten worse now.
Fuji’s distribution has always been patchy, at least in this country.

I try to support my local lab where possible as they keep some film stocks at reasonable prices for their customers. Outside of that Amazon, AG and 7 day shop depending on availability and price.

Getting ready to move house and found some bits that I don’t have use for.
