A friend of mine did this bagman-like rack for the saddlebag I’ve made him. Pictured with a prototype, final bag in my project thread but has yet to make its way to this hack / bodge.

Surely you'd need extra retention to keep your feet in the crocs now the crocs are stuck to the pedals

Did you cut the top tube in half so you could fit it?

Custom frame, it was put there during frame building surly.

Nah, cut it on one side (now underside of the tt) and fixed it with 1 slice of clear parcel packing tape

Made some minor tweaks. Had to wrap some more tape around the axle so it matched the id of the pulley (6700) where the both inner and outer bushing had been removed.
