From the RCC UK update yesterday:

The risks associated with COVID-19 have not gone away in the UK and still present a significant challenge for us to overcome. We appreciate that members miss the connectedness and camaraderie on the road while also wanting to respect each other's differing levels of vigilance and exposure to the virus. For this reason, we will hold off on group rides for now, and remain focussed on ways to keep you riding, motivated and meeting on the road.

Sounds similar to my local club. Unanimous vote at the (virtual Zoom-hosted) committee meeting to hold off club rides for now.
