Unknown maker, possibly a Holdsworth frame resprayed by Cyclone Cycles in Coventry many years before I got it- https://www.nkilgariff.com/HoldsCats/Cat1949/Cyclone49.htm is a closeish match off a poor picture - with rear brake bridge and cable stops possibly moved about (this latter info is based on a chat about the frame with Doug Pinkerton a few years back).
The frame number 118592 doesn't match up to Holdsworth history though, so it is more likely to be something completely different.
Interesting geometry or I'm shit at measuring:
24.5" / 630mm seat tube
22.5" / 570mm top tube
210mm headtube
Seatpost diameter measure 27.2mm, I can chuck in a bbb seatpost if it helps.
OLN 126mm
Fork is unlikely to be the original. Headset is stronglight, bb I think is UN54 from memory but it is stuck for me without a suitable long-lever here but it should free up with a bit of oomph. It is smooth though so might work out for an easy build.
I'm 6ft2 and it felt ok, might work better for slightly taller rider. Always enjoyed riding this, just n-1'ing due to needing to free up storage space.
