  • Non level panniers are the work of serial killers.

  • Seeing Amey's collection of racks with Inbreds i'm not sure I'd ever shared mine in family camping trip luggage carry mode.

  • Winner.
What's holding the front drybag at that angle and stopping it flopping down?

  • Ta. One of these:

with a couple of old reflector brackets added on to make a loop for the bungee to be secured through.

  • Does changing the forks on a 26" inbred from 100 to 120mm make a lot of difference? Has anyone tried this? I would like to make it more suitable for rough terrain.

  • New bike!

  • Ive got an On-One Inbred 29er singlespeed (horizontal drop outs) xl frame that I've had for a while intending to build up. I've realised that I'm never gonna do it since I already have three mountain bikes.

If anyone wants to buy it give me a shout. Will probably list in in classifieds soon but thought id mention here first. Its the creamy off white slightly pearlescent colour

  • Finally put bobbly tyres on mine today. Now for some weather that won't melt me so I can ride it somewhere

  • Inbred on a Wiltshire overnighter, free beer from friendly local that topped up my water bottle. Fantastic riding in the cool morning before a 32 deg day. Helmet off, wide hat on.

  • Might have to unsub this thread to avoid sellers remorse!

  • Thanks for posting my bike in here also @amey hadn't got around to it yet! Using a Salsa fork, Hope Pro 4 wheels and Sram NX gears with an XT chainset

  • Constant drafting, nice

  • What forks are people using on a 26.

Still have 3 frames and two different forks and still done jack shit.

  • Does anyone have a small frameset/complete inbred for sale? Looking to make my first foray into MTB

  • No, but you reminded me to update this:
    https://www.lfgss.com/comments/15690944/

Next time it'll be set up for actual MTBing I think, assuming I can find some wider bars.

  • How wide/bling do they need to be?

  • The current ones are risers cut down for traffic so I'll just keep an eye out for anything not cut down that catches my eye. Since I can't ride for shit I will be aiming for cheap but not RandomChineseBrandOffEbay cheap. I think everyone rides massive wide shit now so perhaps I'll follow that trend also.

  • My inbred back to full winter mode. Zip tie solution for keeping rear mudguard up!

  • So after 10 months, I'm back wanting the inbred on the road.

What rigid forks are people using on 26inch bikes?

  • I will be selling my Inbred Mk3 towards the end of September when I receive my Surly.

    Anyone interested?
