How do you figure? Top tube length should work. Does for me anyway. And although the head tube length is longish, at 25 cm with an integrated upper head set, I think it could fit pretty good for anything but a race bike.
I think the head tube looks longer than it actually is, because it is so much bigger than the rest of the tubes.
Anyway. Lovely bike and great price!

As a connoisseur of massive head tubes I believe describing 25cm as "longish" is an understatement
@lsinclair - GLWS. Gorgeous bike and wish I could buy this as the geom is almost spot on but sadly there's no more room in the stable

I just checked, but the headtube on my current frame is 22cm with external bearings on both sides. So not much different from this one. IMHO lots of people ride with a too short head tube, because they think it looks better, but end up riding with a massive spacer stack instead.

Same as my head tube and my forks have a longer axel to crown. The saddle height on this makes it way too big for me at 5cm higher than I currently run it.
This looks beautifully proportioned as it is, lowering that saddle is going to make it look all kinds of odd in my opinion.

Thanks for the interest and compliments! This one is now SOLD
With some regret putting this up for sale, it’s a bit redundant now since it was originally a summer bike, and I now have another summer bike, which kind of does the same job. The frame is from Independent Fabrication which is a well known frame builder from the US east coast. You don’t see many around mind. Haven’t had a peep of trouble out of it in 5 or 6 years. There are some marks/scuffs but the paint still looks great and there are some really nice details. The geo says 58cm but I’m 6’5 so this is firmly in the XL category. Only complimentary comments about the head tube, pls :)
