Agreed, it's visually noisey but confident it could be saved. The wheels look especially busy, if the seller confirms the rims can be destickered I might submit a cheeky offer. Priorities obviously.

A heat gun will soften up the stickers and goo-gone can remove the residue.
Bonus: @BareNecessities will stop moaning about the stickers.

Yeah, looks like it'll fit someone 6ft.
There's a couple of things about that bike though everything anodised is a different colour, and those fork graphics 🤮, but other than that it's purple enough for me.
