Postman just dropped this lot off - I’m a band on adapter away from being able to build the Roberts... don’t think I’ll be able to get one before the bank holiday :(

Ha, bars and tape are for something else - hoods are a maybe - I like the look of white hoods on carbon levers...

Also picked up a steel stem for the next incarnation - to be sent off to Winston for some mods along with the forks... figured it might be a cheaper ‘head start’, I’m probably wrong though...

This looks great. The C-Record crankset would be a nice touch. Never seen that combined with a modern groupset, but works really well. Especially on this frame.

Yeah I hear you, I stuck with full chorus 11 for now as I don’t think I’ve ever had a complete group on a bike before - I also think that the silver brakes and band on adapter would look better and am already on the hunt for the silver/carbon rear mech... 👍🏻🤦‍♂️

Came here to say “damn I really like that stem” and fell down the rabbit hole; niiiice (I like the shot with all the silver stuff ^ up page too).

Also voting for black tape and saddle. Ck wheels and still think it needs a black stem :)

Still awaiting the ck lock ring in the post then this is off to the classifieds... bought a moots so 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
