Right, had a look and I really don’t like that one with all the brass so taking it off the table.

Therefor I have 2 stock stems to offer.

This one is 100mm long, 40mm stack -3 deg.

@haveo @T0mg I used that tubing to do a steerer extension for my cargo bike I'm afraid. Will consider doing 25.4mm ones in the future but will stick to 31.8mm just now.

I painted one but in hammerite and thought it looked crap so stripped it off again.

The little disc with TMV (for The Vandal Metalworks) stamped in is stainless so could be masked and/or polished if you were painting it.

I’ll go for a custom one if that’s cool. 1 1/8" steerer, 31.8mm bar clamp, minimum stack height possible please (30mm or less), -5 deg.

So here's some of the stems I made this time around,

Did a few of the non removable faceplate style with raw fillets and got a request for something a bit more custom, filed fillets and removable faceplate, for which I charged a little more.

Still got a fair bit of tubing left if anyone else is interested.

Again, I don't want to bite off more than I can chew so wouldn't be looking to take on anymore than half a dozen builds at one time. That way I can keep the turn around time decent.

Raw fillets and non-removable faceplate for £55 still, if you want smoothed fillets and/or removable faceplate then it'll be a bit more.

Same price for quilt conversions?

The ones that were posted in here are now gone but can always do more. I can source a stem to start with or you can, discount if you supply it...

I have a couple 1 1/8” quill conversions if anyone’s interested, would do these for £40 posted since they are ‘from stock’.

@M_V did an awesome job on a custom 1” 31.8 70mm stem for me. After years of ugly spacers- finally a Bute of a custom ahead stem. It’s beautiful workmanship and the process was seamless- with lots of steer from @M_V which was super helpful. Highly recommend. I’ll defo be coming back for some other projects

No its a 1" Surly CC fork.
Have the original (beautiful) wester fork, but have the surly for extra rack mounts etc.
