The frame part of the mech hanger has snapped off but the wizards at SBC managed to replace the metal dropout inset. Since its only fixed in one place instead of 2 its not going to hold a rear mech but it works perfectly fine for single speed. You could also run it with a magic gear and get rid of the tensioner as @user68984 has suggested

Lovely frame - but how are you running a singlespeed tensioner if the mech hanger has snapped off? It does look like it's attached to a mech hanger so I'm a bit confused..
